You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or use our services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Business customers confirm that the individual accepting these Terms has authority to bind the organisation.

To access our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at sales@expressconnectvpn.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

5.1 We offer the following subscription plans:

— Annual Plan: billed once per year (discounted rate).

5.2 All payments are processed securely through Mollie or Paddle, depending on your chosen payment method. Both are authorised payment processors who handle billing, invoicing, and tax compliance on our behalf.

5.3 Prices are displayed on our website and may include applicable VAT or local taxes depending on your location.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal by contacting us at sales@expressconnectvpn.com. Refunds are processed through Mollie or Paddle (depending on your original payment method) and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. This policy does not apply to accounts found to be in breach of these Terms.

You agree not to use our VPN service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm us, our users, or third parties. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

— Engaging in any illegal activity under applicable law;

— Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful software;

— Infringing intellectual property rights;

— Conducting denial-of-service attacks;

— Sending unsolicited communications (spam);

— Attempting to access systems or data without authorisation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately for breach of this policy without refund.

Express Connect Ltd provides its service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

All content, software, trademarks, and materials associated with ExpressConnectVPN are the property of Express Connect Ltd or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our service for personal or internal business purposes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
