ExpressConnect VPN is published by Express Connect Ltd, a company incorporated under English law, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Contact: sales@expressconnectvpn.com. Any subscription implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Sale.

2. Service and prices

The Service is a VPN whose contractual characteristics are those displayed on https://expressconnectvpn.com on the day of the order; speeds and visuals are indicative. Prices are in euros, all taxes included, payable in full at the time of the order (processing may be handled by a third-party provider, notably Paddle). Any unpaid amount or unjustified chargeback results in the immediate suspension of the account and the billing of any costs incurred.

3. Term — no automatic renewal

The subscription is entered into for a fixed term of one (1) year. It is never renewed automatically: no recurring charge is made. Renewal is made solely at the Customer's initiative from their account area; failing that, access expires by operation of law at the end of the paid period, with no reminder owed by the Company.

As the term is fixed, no refund, even partial, is granted for voluntarily ceasing to use the Service during the period, save for the statutory right of withdrawal and legal guarantees.

4. Absence of Right of Withdrawal (downloaded digital content)

The services offered by ExpressConnectVpn.com / Express Connect LTD consist of the provision of VPN access and digital configuration files downloadable from your customer area and sent immediately by e-mail after the order.

In accordance with Article L.221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium, the performance of which has begun after the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.

Consequently, the customer expressly acknowledges and accepts that as soon as they validate their order and access the download of the file or the VPN login credentials, they expressly waive their 14-day right of withdrawal and shall not be entitled to any refund.

5. Use of the Service

Use is strictly personal and lawful. The following are prohibited in particular: any illegal activity, spam, cyber-attacks, infringement of third-party rights, sharing or reselling credentials, and any excessive use that degrades the Service. The Customer is solely responsible for the use made of their account.

In the event of a breach, the Company may suspend the account immediately and then terminate the subscription, with no refund, the sums paid remaining acquired as a penalty clause.

6. Guarantees and liability

The Customer benefits from the statutory guarantee of conformity (Art. L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). Beyond that, the Service is provided without any other warranty: no availability rate is guaranteed, and maintenance, third-party outages or force majeure give rise to no compensation. The Company's liability is limited to direct damages and capped at the amount of the current subscription; indirect damages are excluded. These limitations apply to the extent permitted by law.

7. Intellectual property and data

Software, trademarks and content remain the exclusive property of the Company; the Customer has a simple personal, non-transferable right of use, limited to the subscription term. Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR: see the Privacy Policy.

8. Disputes

Any complaint must first be addressed to support: sales@expressconnectvpn.com. A consumer Customer may then refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator. These Terms of Sale are governed by French law for consumers residing in France, without prejudice to the mandatory provisions of their country of residence.
